Gallup has been studying human behaviour for more than 75 years. The survey has been taken by over 20 Million people globally and is grounded in more than 40 years of research.
  • The Gallup CliftonStrengths (formally known as StrengthsFinder) can support individuals and teams to gain a clear understanding of their unique talents. The Gallup CliftonStrengths survey reflects the presence of talent in 34 general areas or themes. Decades of Gallup research has proven that when individuals have the opportunity to discover their natural talents and purposely develop them into strengths, the effect on individual and organizational performance is transformational and enables an organisations use strengths as an integral part of their human capital strategy.

From manager to strength-based leader 

Would you like to use your unique strengths more intentionally and evolve your leadership skills? 

Managers account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement scores.
Knowing your strengths and blind spots will allow you to better tailor your leadership style. 

In 3 sessions (60-75min) we will explore your strengths together and how to efficiently apply them in your daily leadership tasks. 
You can choose between a half-day session or individual one-hour sessions.

You will:

  • get actionable insights into your own talents 
  • reflect how you can strengthen them to better lead your team and, thus, increase employee engagement
  • craft strategies to refine your approach in how you inspire, build relationships, communicate clearly, drive change, develop others and drive accountability.

As leader these insights enable you not only to individualize your leadership approach but also to develop your employees’ individual talents into strengths.

Before attending this course, participants must complete the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify their talent profiles.

Participants will:

  • Get insights into their own natural talents from their CliftonStrengths Report 
  • Reflect how to develop them into strengths for greater personal productivity and engagement
  • See the team’s strength profile

Productive Teams Workshop 

Is your team a group of great individuals bringing something unique to the table? But they do not work efficiently as a whole?
Imagine everyone would focus on their strengths to achieve common goals.
In a workshop we will explore the team’s strength profile and jointly define how to leverage this power to deliver better outcomes.

When team members are aware of each other’s talents, they better understand how each one is naturally thinks, acts and feels. This awareness helps the team better navigate the challenges they encounter. They understand how they can work best together to deliver their common goals. The Team Strengths coaching enables leaders to tailor their approaches in developing and inspiring their teams to maximise their potential and deliver better results.

Outcomes – upon agreement:

  • Each individual will have a clear understanding of their talents and how to self-manage them into strengths
  • The team will have a common language to describe their talents, strengths, weaknesses and goals. They develop an appreciation for why they do what they do and what makes them unique.
  • Everyone and the group understand how to use their strengths for greater personal productivity and business results
  • Each member learns to recognise talents in others and their CONTRIBUTIONS.
  • Recognise that a perceived weakness may be an over-use of a talent and how to manage it if it holds back success.
  • The team develops an action plan how to be more effective as ONE TEAM.
