Before attending this course, participants must complete the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify their talent profiles.

- Get insights into their own natural talents from their CliftonStrengths Report
- Reflect how to develop them into strengths for greater personal productivity and engagement
- See the team’s strength profile

Productive Teams Workshop
Is your team a group of great individuals bringing something unique to the table? But they do not work efficiently as a whole?
Imagine everyone would focus on their strengths to achieve common goals.
In a workshop we will explore the team’s strength profile and jointly define how to leverage this power to deliver better outcomes.
When team members are aware of each other’s talents, they better understand how each one is naturally thinks, acts and feels. This awareness helps the team better navigate the challenges they encounter. They understand how they can work best together to deliver their common goals. The Team Strengths coaching enables leaders to tailor their approaches in developing and inspiring their teams to maximise their potential and deliver better results.
Outcomes – upon agreement:
- Each individual will have a clear understanding of their talents and how to self-manage them into strengths
- The team will have a common language to describe their talents, strengths, weaknesses and goals. They develop an appreciation for why they do what they do and what makes them unique.
- Everyone and the group understand how to use their strengths for greater personal productivity and business results
- Each member learns to recognise talents in others and their CONTRIBUTIONS.
- Recognise that a perceived weakness may be an over-use of a talent and how to manage it if it holds back success.
- The team develops an action plan how to be more effective as ONE TEAM.
